Depression, anxiety, and trauma can happen to anyone, and they can wreak havoc on your quality of life. Together, in a non-judgmental space, we can work on decreasing your rumination, increasing your enjoyment of your life, and get you working towards your goals again.
I practice trauma-informed care, which means that we will create a foundation of tools and strategies for coping with difficult emotions, and we will work at your pace.
