About Me
Clinical Mental Health and Substance Use Counselor
Hello! I am Hannah Cloninger, and I am excited to work with you! Sitting with my clients, and helping them heal and grow, is one of my greatest joys. I offer a judgement-free, compassionately challenging space to work through whatever may be causing you pain, "stuckness," or frustration. My own misadventures have given me compassion for others used to learning things the hard way. I now practice an integrative approach using Narrative Therapy, ACT, and Existential Therapy to help others make meaning of their lives and find their path.
I decided to become a professional counselor when I realized how few therapists understood me and people like me. I knew I had ADHD, as well as the anxiety and depression that came along with it, but I wanted to build a peaceful life. I wasn’t moving forward. My whole family is full to the brim with ADHD, autism, and high IQ, and seeing how the lack of good mental health care affected those I love, neurodivergent affirming care became my passion. I want to help others find a way to let their amazing talents shine.
I have spent most of my provisionally licensed career working with people from all walks of life in substance use recovery. I’ve helped people work through shame, trauma, and the day-to-day challenges of early and sustained recovery. I find this work very rewarding, and again, I offer a judgement-free place to do this work.
Contact me today to get started on your new road to understanding yourself, healing, and finding more peace.

Empowerment and Healing Workshops
I conduct empowerment and healing workshops that focus on building resilience and promoting mental wellness. These workshops are designed to provide valuable tools and strategies for individuals seeking personal growth and emotional well-being.
This is a great space to provide more detail about the workshops, the topics covered, and the approach I take in facilitating these sessions. Participants can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment to explore their inner strengths and foster a sense of empowerment.
